Conditions of Service

1. Service Level Agreement

Vauch Service Providers will be expected to sign the Vauch Service Level Agreement before validating their account to use the App: The SLA applies to the following Vendor categories:

• Lease Agents

• Car Owners

• Drivers/Chauffeurs

This SLA outlines the minimum acceptable standards for service delivery on the Vauch Car Leasing Platform. Vendors agree to deliver vehicle leasing and transportation services as facilitated through the Vauch platform. Vauch provides technology, booking management, secure payment processing, customer support, and operational oversight.

The SLA highlights the general obligations of all vendors and their responsibilities while operating the App. Commission & Payment Terms are also defined in the SLA, as well as Customer Experience Standards.

Car rental fees are set by vehicle owners. Payments are made to Vauch Limited. Transaction fees - Platform and Lease Agency commissions are deducted while remitting to Car owners.

Overview of the Vauch Terms

The Terms and Conditions covers the conditions of use of the digital marketplace for all users — Car Owners, Lease Agents, Drivers, and Riders.

Users are required to accept the T&C in order to create an account, use the Platform, or engage in any transaction.

The fundamental premise of our contract with users of Vauch App: Vauch is a technology marketplace platform, not a transportation operator, employer, or vehicle owner.

• Vauch does not own vehicles listed on the Platform.

• Vauch does not employ Drivers, Lease Agents, or Car Owners.

• Users enter into direct agreements with each other for rentals or rides.

• Vauch facilitates booking, communication, invoicing, geo-matching, and digital payment processing.

Vauch is not responsible for actions or omissions of Users.

Responsibilities of Users, Safety & Conduct of users are also clearly defined in the Vauch T&C.
